Milk Pasteurizing Container

The Brief:

Assist in the design and manufacturing of a modified container to house milk pasteurizing equipment.

The Job:

Create an entryway to be used as a “boot room” before entering the separate processing room which houses all the equipment, in order to meet high food safety standards
Container steel works – cutting and framing of entrance way door, ventilation
Internal lining with EPS panel, internal wall and sliding door
Commercial Vinyl flooring with coving
Equipment for pasteurizing
Stainless steel piping for equipment
Plumbing – Hot water cylinder, wash sinks, knee operated hand basin
